About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Water/Wastewater Engineering to take on a pivotal leadership role in the planning, design, and delivery of complex water and wastewater projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, and ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery. This senior-level position involves managing high-stakes projects, leading top-tier teams, and driving growth in the water infrastructure sector. The role also includes developing and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, engineering partners, and key stakeholders, as well as representing the team in strategic business decisions and growth planning. Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas, and at least 15 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multiple, simultaneous project teams, strong relationship-building skills, a vision for growth, and the leadership to make it happen.
