LSF is seeking a talented Training Coordinator who wants to make an impact in the lives of others.
Purpose and Impact:
This position works closely with the Senior Director of Training Institute and other staff to develop, organize, and oversee training programs for staff, community partners, and stakeholders. This role is crucial in ensuring that staff are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals facing substance abuse and mental health challenges.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, HR or related field required. Master’s preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of two years’ experience in training coordination, curriculum development, or workforce development in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
