A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide specialized services within a school setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality therapeutic support to students over the Extended School Year (ESY) period. The position is located in Brockton, MA, supporting a school environment with direct, in-person engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine student physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Participate in all relevant meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
