The Position

We are actively seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead and develop a team of driven Retail Sales Representatives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving positive outcomes and sustained sales growth of your location by building a culture of accountability, coaching, and customer excellence. You’ll have the opportunity to leverage your leadership skills and business acumen to achieve success while making a lasting impact on your team and store.   • Implement effective sales strategies with exceptional execution and follow-up
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve their personal and professional goals

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail sales leadership experience, preferably in wireless, technology, or a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding team sales goals and KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
