Office Administrative Assistant Entry Level

Strategic Technology Institute Inc. (STi), an established engineering firm based in Rockville, MD, is seeking a motivated Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent high school graduate interested in starting a professional career in an office environment. No prior experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training and mentorship. Rockville/Bethesda residency is preferred. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Basic computer skills are a plus, and the ability to multi-task is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors and provide a professional, welcoming first impression
• Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and timely manner
• Prepare, process, and mail monthly billing statements
• Track and document incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries
• Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
• Provide general administrative support to staff, including filing, scanning, and data entry

Schedule: Monday to Friday
