Recruiter III

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter III to support high-volume hiring initiatives within a fast-paced, operationally driven environment. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to drive timely hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, action-oriented, and comfortable managing offers and candidate communications at scale.

This is an onsite role based in Seattle, WA, supporting a team focused on workplace health, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Conduct high-touch candidate engagement, including offer presentation and compensation discussions.
• Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with candidates and internal partners.
• Support both internal and external hiring efforts.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Partner with recruiting peers and hiring stakeholders in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment.
• Meet monthly performance targets related to offers extended and accepted

Required Qualifications

• High-volume recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated experience presenting and negotiating candidate offers .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong business-level professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with minimal oversight.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 57 years of recruiting experience .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large enterprise organizations.
• Prior experience working in regulated, operational, or safety-focused environments.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
• Background in direct sourcing and proactive candidate outreach.
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, aviation, retail, or industrial hiring environments.

Role Details

• Location: Seattle, WA (onsite)
• Schedule: Standard business hours; arrival no later than 9:00 AM
• Overtime / Holiday Work: Not expected

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $57.00/hr.
