At One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning , we're looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn a trade and build a long-term career. You don't need previous HVAC experience-we're willing to invest in the right person.

We provide an accelerated training program designed to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed. You'll begin by learning the fundamentals and quickly progress into performing maintenance calls in your own company vehicle. As your experience and technical knowledge grow, you'll have the opportunity to advance into a Service Technician role and continue building a rewarding career in the skilled trades.

What You'll Do

• Participate in our hands-on training program.
• Learn HVAC systems, diagnostics, and customer service best practices.
• Perform preventative maintenance visits and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build your technical skills while working alongside a supportive team.
• Grow into a Service Technician position with increasing responsibilities and earning potential.

Salary Description


$16-$18 per hour plus bonus opportunity
