Express Employment Professionals - Brooklyn, NY is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join a growing marketing and eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online marketing strategies, analytics, and content creation to help drive brand awareness and business growth.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing digital campaigns, optimizing online visibility, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance marketing effectiveness. You'll collaborate with internal teams to execute strategies across social media, email, paid advertising, and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, email, SEO, etc.)
• Create engaging content for websites, newsletters, and social media platforms
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
• Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to increase web traffic and conversions
• Manage company social media accounts and maintain consistent branding
• Coordinate with creative and sales teams on promotions and product launches
• Stay up to date with current marketing trends and best practices

Requirements



Experience - 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related fields

Education - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (preferred)

Technical Skills - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and email marketing platforms

Creativity - Strong writing and visual content creation abilities

Analytical Skills - Data-driven mindset with the ability to adjust strategies for better results

Commute - Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)
