About The Role: We're hiring a person with a Producer background that can help us produce iPhone shoots and creator partnerships all the way up to social series and CTVs. This person should also be able to help us in the development phase for pitches and episodic content and be able to impact the creative. There is a ton of opportunity to work with massive brands and projects. One of the major benefits of working here is that clients come to us only when they know they want to make very funny or interesting work. We don't really receive boring briefs. We are open to any level of Creative Producer from eager entry level up to borderline director levels nearing 7 years of experience. Requirements: Experience with book crews up to 50 to 100 people Understanding of production gear, rental processes, and insurance + COIs Ability to develop ideas into client ready pitches. And then into pre-production decks and processes. Ability to produce very scrappy shoots. Should be able to produce a shoot that gets 10 iPhone Reels under $15K.
