About You:

• Legal education from any university. We believe in people, not authoritative names
• Have 3 years of relevant experience working in a Ukrainian or international law firm, legal department of one of the big four companies, or in-house legal department of a company
• Work with contract law (Ukrainian, American, and/or English), corporate law (Ukraine and Cyprus), labor law of Ukraine
• Manage small projects almost independently and want to develop to manage large areas of work with minimal involvement of more experienced colleagues
• Have developed analytical skills
• Fluent in Ukrainian
• Proficient in MS Office
• Have advanced English to a high level: prepare documents and conduct oral communication with contractors and subcontractors

You Will Be:

• Analyze issues and prepare documents related to agreements and corporate governance of the group
• Interact with contractors on issues related to legal support for group companies
• Prepare initial drafts of various types of commercial contracts and negotiate them with contractors; review drafts of such documents prepared by contractors (under Ukrainian, American, or English law)
• Analyze issues related to various personnel hiring structures
• Administer and manage issues related to the operation of special equity management and contract management systems
• Conduct research and prepare conclusions on various issues of corporate and labor law, as well as general commercial issues
• Assist senior colleagues in documents involving personnel (contracts, waivers, notices, etc.)
• Manage the work of a legal assistant in the administration of contracts (signing, storage, etc.)
• Provide legal support related to the company's daily operations
