About the Role

We are looking for a Data Manager / Data Quality Leader to join our US Medical Affairs Data Management team. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose data solutions that support clinical development, exploratory research, and evidence generation.

You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, driving innovation in data collection, and overseeing vendor deliverables while adhering to FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) data principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data management solutions aligned with FAIR principles
  • Act as a subject matter expert in data collection and acquisition (e.g., biomarkers, EMR, sensors)
  • Oversee data management vendors (FSPs, CROs) and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Manage study timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
  • Perform data quality reviews using visualization tools and statistical monitoring
  • Oversee sample management and eManifest processes
  • Lead or represent Data Management in study and data quality meetings
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and biometrics teams
  • Support vendor selection and data transfer agreements
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data systems and processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or related field
  • Experience in clinical data management within a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of CDISC standards and ICH-GCP guidelines
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with data analytics/visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading data management activities for clinical trials or real-world data
  • Programming experience (SAS, R, Python, SQL)
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics (AI/ML)
  • Experience with large datasets (Hadoop, Spark, etc.)
  • Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Shiny)
  • Knowledge of SDTM, MedDRA, WHODrug
  • Exposure to EHR, claims data, and digital health platforms
