Role Description
The position is full-time, based at the jobsite located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Assistant Project Manager’s (APM) role is to assist the Project Manager with the planning, directing and coordination of construction activities to complete a successful project. The APM is expected to maintain the project documentation and communicate with clients, architects, city officials, subcontractors and vendors during the course of the project to ensure the project is built per plans and specification and within the defined schedule and budget. Since we are a 3 rd party GC and do not self-perform any of the work, the APM should have a general knowledge of all scopes of work to effectively perform his/her duties.
