Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams and leadership in adopting Lean-Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM). This role will support large-scale Agile transformations within a cybersecurity portfolio, driving continuous improvement and value delivery in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Coach teams and leaders on Lean-Agile principles and practices to enable self-sufficiency. Lead large-scale Agile transformations and complex delivery initiatives. Partner with stakeholders and senior leadership to transition from traditional frameworks to Lean-Agile. Collaborate with Release Train Engineers to prepare and launch new Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Mentor teams and leaders on Agile strategy and benefits of Lean-Agile delivery. At least 10 years of experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in high-demand environments. Proven success in coaching teams and leaders in Lean-Agile practices. Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., CSP, ICP-ACC, SAFe Practice Consultant). Deep knowledge of SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, and Agile principles. Strong facilitation, influencing, and relationship management skills. Experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (Jira Align, Azure DevOps). Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership. Preferred Qualification Experience working with cybersecurity teams.
