Wellness CoachLarge managed care company is looking for a Wellness Coach to answer walk-in questions and assist the Cast Member with connecting them to any of the Disney benefits for services they provide their employees as well as community-based programs. This is a short-term contract position.The Wellness Coach will build trust and rapport with Disney employees and leaders at their dedicated worksite to help facilitate culture change in all areas of well-being. This client-facing role will be onsite full-time with the ability to travel to any of Disney's properties at Disney's request. The Coach will serve as a wellness benefit concierge, providing referrals and education that support both emotional and physical well-being. The Coach is committed to addressing the employee's barriers to care including social determinants of health by helping the employees navigate and schedule all healthcare appointments or connect to community resources to meet their needs.Work Location: 700 W. Ball Rd, Disneyland Resort, Anaheim, CA 92802Pay: $36.00Contract Dates: 9/2/26 - 11/25/26Hours: Must able to accommodate at least one of the below schedules.
