Ōnin Staffing is seeking a skilled Welder to join a growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components using various welding techniques while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous welding experience (MIG, TIG, or Stick preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good hand-eye coordination and steady hand control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Experience

• Welding certifications (AWS or similar)
• Experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of different metals (steel, aluminum, stainless)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding based on job requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
• Set up welding equipment and ensure proper operation
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals
