Our client is a leading, middle-market investment bank.

The firm is currently looking for Vice Presidents for its Technology group . The roles are located in San Francisco .

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Structure and manage execution M&A transactions
• Support deal origination and client relationship management activities
• Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape and market dynamics to advise clients on strategic alternatives and potential buyers
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis involving financial, market and investment data and utilize financial research tools, products and systems in order to develop financial models and make informed business decisions

QUALIFICATIONS

• We will only consider applicants with 2-6 years of post-MBA level experience within investment banking
• Technology sector experience highly preferred
• Must be willing to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and dig into transaction details as required
• Ability to manage and develop junior investment bankers
