Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents and presentations.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining digital files.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
