Overview:

Carle Health is seeking an additional  Nurse Practitioner  to join our Trauma Surgery Service at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details:

Practice Opportunity Details Include:

• No weekends, no holidays, no call
• Join an established group with 6 core surgeons, an Advanced Practice Provider, and a General Surgery Resident Rotation
• Work out of one hospital; Carle Foundation Hospital is a 489-bed regional hospital and is the area’s only  Level I Trauma Center
• Wide variety of cases
• Candidates must have excellent clinical skills allowing holistic management of both acute injury and chronic diseases
• Diagnose and manage pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments in collaboration with specialty colleagues
• Trauma nursing experience in ED, ICU or acute care preferred

 

Education Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years of Advanced Practice Provider clinical experience preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements: 
Current Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse licensure

Provider Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $60.72-$78.94/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
