The right candidate will provide direct administrative support to the school and assists the Instructors with training coordination and a wide variety of customer tasks and deliverables. Works under general supervision from management, with latitude to exercise independent judgment to accomplish work in accordance with established policies and procedures. Exercises some personal initiative and ingenuity in coordinating the operational aspects of project services and deliveries. Assesses project and segment issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and Customer satisfaction goals and objectives. Required Skills:Knowledge of Customer regulations, policies, practices, and proceduresExperience with Customer’s facilities and their operations. ALL eligibility requirements must be met to receive the referral award.Salary & BenefitsThe salary associated with this position ($77,000–$163,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
