Job Summary
Processes the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles on all New and Used vehicles soldJob Duties
• Processes all vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
• Manage the legal transfer of documents for the DMV on all new and used vehicle sales.
• Carefully review all applications for completeness and compliance before submission.
• Keep the TTL (Tax, Title, and License) schedule clean and up to date.
• Partner with our fleet administrators and sales reps to provide seamless service to our customers.
Skill Requirements
• At least 2+ years of dedicated experience as a Title Clerk (Required).
• Promotes dealership by presenting professional image, positive attitude, and clean work area
• Strong time management skills
• Maintains high ethical standards.
• Ensures maximum customer satisfaction
• High attention to detail and strong time-management abilities.
• Resolves customer concerns and problems quickly and effectively
Must stay certified through the state to process registrations.
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
