• Deliver high-quality customer service in Swedish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with their questions about products and services, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Document customer interactions meticulously and provide feedback for continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and address common issues.
• Stay informed about company offerings and industry developments to ensure informed support.
• Participate in training and development sessions to continuously enhance your service skills.

• Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is highly valued.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
• Willingness to embrace a new cultural experience while living in Malta.
