Position Overview
As a Fabricator Welder, you will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of structural steel components for commercial projects. This role requires an eye for detail, pride in your work, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret shop drawings and blueprints to fabricate and weld structural steel accurately.
• Perform FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) in the 3G position with precision.
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, shears, and presses safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area at all times.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of structural steel fabrication and welding experience.
• Must be proficient in FCAW and able to pass a 3G FCAW weld test.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings/blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to producing top-quality work.
