This opportunity gets you deep into the core of decentralized finance, with an established team that founded one of the largest centralized HFT shops in the industry, now working on reducing latencies across their HFT c++ based blockchain. Leadership is predominately made up of Two Sigma, Exos and Jane Street. The team is preferring individuals in New York that are open to a day a week on-site. Knowledge of one or more of the following; distributed systems, data structures &/ or algorithm development. Beneficial skills MSCS, PhD. in CS Experienced in HFT in the United States (ideally from one of the big players). Compensation Our client is looking at a base of $212,500-325,000 with an equity package on offer that will bring this opportunity to $425,000-650,000.
