Job Description

A contract position is available in Rindge, NH, at an elementary school, offering physical therapy services throughout the school year (CSY). This role involves conducting evaluations and providing physical therapy services to students, with an expected weekly commitment of approximately 4-6 hours depending on caseload.


Key responsibilities include:

• Completing three initial student evaluations to determine therapy needs.
• Providing 32 therapy sessions to one preschool student over the school year.
• Delivering ongoing physical therapy services based on evaluation outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Current physical therapy license in the state or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience in school-based and healthcare physical therapy is preferred.
