Real Estate Associate

About the Role:

The firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 1 5 years of experience to join its Denver office. This role offers direct involvement in large-scale commercial real estate matters across a broad range of asset classes and industries.

Associates will work closely with experienced attorneys and clients on sophisticated transactions, gaining substantial hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility from day one.

Key areas of work include:

• Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Real estate finance transactions
• Leasing matters
• Development projects
• Joint venture transactions
• Complex deal structuring and negotiations

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates should have:

• 1 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Experience handling real estate finance, leasing, development, and/or joint venture matters
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Candidates should be comfortable working directly with sophisticated clients and managing complex transactional matters.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation for this role ranges from $210,000 to $290,000 , depending on experience. Associates are also eligible for an hours-based bonus.
