Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, the Program Coordinator supports the Wraparound Center of Excellence (COE) by planning, organizing, and delivering programs that strengthen Wraparound practice statewide. This position is responsible for the implementation of continuing education courses for Human Services, and supporting special projects related to workforce development. The incumbent will plan events, such as conferences, symposiums, convenings and meetings. This role provides overall management for contract-related and county-specific projects, including fiscal responsibility of the program and overseeing instructor compensation, facilities and catering. They will establish and adhere to project procedures to guarantee completion of contract goals. This position provides quality customer service, assist with the development of new projects, assist with administrative team projects, participate in/attend unit and department-wide meetings and committees. Provide onsite and virtual support for trainings, institutes, conferences, and special programs. Assist with compiling program data and creating reports ensuring high-quality standards for workforce development within the Wraparound model. Experience in marketing, outreach and communications. Experience drafting, editing and producing correspondence, reports, fliers, forms and presentations. Experience in using databases. Experience using computerized financial systems to prepare financial reports and forms. Experience in MS Office in a Windows environment to use electronic mail, Internet, Microsoft Office, database systems and spreadsheets. Experience working in a team and establishing relationships with people from diverse backgrounds including staff, faculty and agency clients. Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to interact professionally and effectively in person, on the telephone, online and via email. Organizational and time management skills to manage, track, and work on multiple and simultaneous complex tasks. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Destiny and Zoom. Knowledge of the field of human services.
