We’re seeking a detail‐oriented Pension Services Representative to support participants with questions related to retirement and pension benefits. This role involves direct participant communication, document review, reporting support, and coordination with internal pension team members to ensure accurate and timely benefit administration.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to participant phone calls regarding retirement benefits, accrued benefits, withdrawals, death benefits, and plan rules
  • Schedule meetings and follow‐up calls between participants and Pension Administrators
  • Collaborate regularly with the pension team to follow up on participant communications
  • Research and draft written correspondence related to pension benefits, including benefit confirmation and plan value letters
  • Review retirement, post‐retirement, and death applications for completeness and follow up on missing information
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve participant or benefit‐related issues
  • Work with the Authenticity Coordinator and Pension Manager to assess the impact of contribution adjustments on benefits
  • Assist with report reconciliation as assigned
  • Prepare documents for scanning and record retention
  • Review and reconcile 1099‐R reports
  • Maintain consistent, reliable attendance
  • Perform additional duties as needed
