Title: Organizational Change Management Consultant Location: Hybrid - Warner Robins, GA (Mon-Thur) Duration: 12 months Rate: All-Inclusive Overview We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) SME to support change initiatives related to the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) system within a Defense-focused aircraft maintenance environment. This role focuses on providing direct, hands-on support to end users and guiding teams through changes associated with MRO processes and systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to identify key influencers, promote adoption of new processes, and ensure alignment and engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
