Position Overview Location: GA-Atlanta Job Title: On Air Talent (Part-Time) - Atlanta Radio Responsibilities Show prep, including format related content, gospel‑culture, urban‑culture content, local content, web and social media content, and commercial or personal endorsement content. Hosting regular Sunday air shifts and other voice‑tracked shifts as assigned. Working closely with the assistant program director to develop relatable content, execute format, and deliver ratings goals. Control board operation, including editing phone bits, interviews, and other audio. Remotes and appearances at the station or life group functions as assigned. Working with sales and promotions to maximize revenue opportunities, including promotions and personal endorsements. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 1-year on‑air experience required. Strong on‑air presence. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Experience operating all on‑air and production equipment. Experience with audio software editing products (Adobe Audition, etc.). Computer skills for audio delivery and automation systems (Wide Orbit, Audiovault, etc.), word processing, audio editing, and web/social media. Primary shift on Sundays; flexibility to support alternate shifts as scheduled. Bringing a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and strong social media skills.
