Job Description

As a Move Team Helper for College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk and College H.U.N.K.S. Moving and the first point of contact for clients on the job. You go out of your way to be friendly to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day - especially your clients.

You are centered around honesty and integrity. You look, act and are friendly. It starts with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist), and continuing with your attitude (a smile and great eye contact). Moving is a stressful time for our clients. You introduce yourself to every client and listen to their concerns and then you delight them with great service, creating a WOW experience.

You are SAFETY conscious. Our HUNKS make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc). You ensure that your truck is equiped with supplies, safety equipment and marketing material.

You MUST (Drivers) possess a valid drivers license with clean driving record.
You MUST (Helpers) have good transportation to get to work on-time.
You MUST be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.
You MUST enjoy hard work, world class customer service and helping others.
You MUST want to be part of a growing organization and are excited about a huge opportunity.
You MUST be drug and alcohol free.

Excellent earning potential including hourly pay commission bonus tips.

EARNINGS - MOVE CREW MEMBER guaranteed pay at $9.50/hr - commission based bonuses with pay up to $10-$12/HR plus TIPS EXTRA
