In this role, you will work on Missionforce, Salesforce products supporting mission‑critical work across the U.S. Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, Aerospace, and Allied Nations. You will help create new design patterns and collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to bring bold ideas to life.
You will lead the team in shaping and articulating a compelling product vision, applying expert visualization skills, thought leadership, and close partnership with product and technology leaders. You will immerse yourself in the full end‑to‑end experience design process, from storyboards and journey maps to high‑fidelity mockups and functional prototypes.

Compensation is based on location, job level, and experience. The typical base salary range for this position is $197,300–$313,700 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range is $237,700–$344,700 annually. The range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
