Independent Advisor Network serves enterprises who value independence but seek greater connectivity and business support. Advisors who affiliate under this model will have an assigned team of specialized consultants, dedicated support resources, and an engaged community to support their growth journey. This role will be dedicated to assigned enterprises and their advisors, offering marketing expertise, tailored recommendations, and exclusive training to help them grow their business through marketing. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and a passionate marketer with the expertise and desire to educate and inspire up to 415 financial advisors to take action on their marketing strategies. In addition, the Marketing Consultant is a skilled presenter, delivering compelling and informative sessions on a wide array of marketing topics. As a part of the broader LPL Marketing Solutions organization, we act as a concierge guiding our clients through the array of resources and support available in our marketing ecosystem and providing expert recommendations. Examples of topics the ideal candidate will be able to speak to include: 90-day marketing strategyBranding and value proposition Target marketing Website strategy and design SEO and paid advertising Social media Email marketing and automation Client and prospecting events This position will report to the AVP of Marketing Consulting. ResponsibilitiesThis role will be dedicated to assigned enterprises and their advisors, offering marketing expertise, tailored recommendations, and exclusive training to help them grow their business through marketing.Proactively reach out to advisors within assigned enterprisesOffer one-on-one consulting with advisors and teams, providing tailored recommendations and expert marketing advicePresent marketing best practices on a variety of topics via dedicated webinars and at in-person eventsStay up-to-date on marketing trends and tacticsCollect, share, and take action on advisor feedback as neededAnalyze, interpret, and report on key business resultsMaintain comprehensive knowledge of tools and resources available to support advisors, including both internal solutions and third party vendorsAssist advisors with navigating the many resources available to them through their affiliation with LPLDrive awareness and adoption of LPL Business Solutions options, including Marketing Solutions for additional hands-on supportMaintain availability to advisors and their staff via phone and email to address questions as needed and respond in a timely fashionCollaborate with team members for continuous learning and to support consistency in our offeringSupport LPL Large Enterprise’s digital marketing strategies via phone, video conferencing and emailEvaluate each Large Enterprise’s digital marketing needs and develop a customized strategy to achieve KPIs.Curate and implement digital marketing editorial calendars for each Large Enterprise.
