Overview At REI, we believe a life outdoors is a life well lived. As a Logistics Manager, you will help shape how products move through our supply chain to serve our customers and communities.
In this role, you lead logistics operations and partner with teams across the co-op to improve service, reduce cost, and support growth. You guide transportation and distribution work while building strong relationships with vendors and internal partners. You help create a reliable, efficient, and customer-focused supply chain.
Responsibilities and Qualifications Responsibilities - Lead daily logistics operations across inbound, outbound, and international transportation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce cost, and enhance service
- Guide logistics strategy and support adoption across teams
- Track performance using key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build strong partnerships with vendors and support contract and service management
- Support team development through coaching, feedback, and clear communication
Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Experience leading teams and supporting employee development
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams
- Experience improving processes and using data to guide decisions
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and logistics operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, business, or related field

Pay Range $98,300.00 - $157,400.00 per year
