We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled MacOS Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT support team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for resolving macOS and iOS - related issues, ensuring seamless user experiences across Apple devices and integrated systems. Your energetic approach will help maintain optimal device performance, troubleshoot complex software and hardware problems to support our client's employees. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, face-to-face support to customers for macOS, iOS, iPadOS and watchOS environments.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve device-related problems for customers.
• Ability to maintain composure and customer-service focus in stressful situations.
• Use of an IT service management for tracking ticket support cases.
• Perform data transfers, macOS/iOS upgrades, troubleshoot email, Microsoft Office and Calendar issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain lab location—general orderliness, organization and labeling of lab items.
• Continuously maintain and acquire new skills to remain technically competent with ever-changing technology requirements.
• Partner with client’s corporate IT to extend their reach and implement company-wide IT policies.
• Follow NDAs and Security policies to the letter and keep all work-related items strictly confidential.

Skills and Requirements

• Former Apple Store Genius desired but not required.
• Authorized to work in the US (we will not sponsor H1B).
• Able to work onsite daily, within the SF Bay Area ( not a remote position ).
• Minimum 2-years experience in customer support.
• Minimum 2-years experience in supporting macOS and IOS environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills with the ability to probe, isolate, and diagnose problems without scripted documentation.
• Excellent English-language oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, highly demanding, constantly changing environment.
• Ability to maintain composure and customer-service focus in stressful situations.
• Have a passion for all things Apple.
