Job Title: IT Project Manager Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ / Omaha, NE (Onsite 5 Days) Duration: Contract To Hire Role Overview As an IT Project Manager, you will serve as the critical link between Technology and Product leadership, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. You may oversee a team of Program and Project Managers handling initiatives ranging from straightforward to highly complex. Your responsibility is to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while coordinating cross-functional, cross-departmental, and occasionally cross-company efforts to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities - Ensure adherence to project methodologies, delivery processes, and implementation standards.

- Oversee project budgets, including validating estimates, tracking variances, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Provide regular program updates (e.g., weekly mission-critical meetings, Clarity reporting).
- Deliver clear, concise communication across stakeholders, both written and verbal.
- Align project practices with agile methodology implementation.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage expectations across clients and teams.
- Report KPIs related to pipeline execution, financials, and performance metrics.
- Support backlog and capacity management, ensuring smooth project intake into development.
- Maintain project and capacity forecasts, including allocations and variances (IRC).
- Lead prioritization discussions and maintain initiative, epic, and time-tracking stories in Azure DevOps.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP and/or CSM certification preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology portfolio and project management, including major application development projects in large-scale environments.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodology.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and timelines while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
