Job Title: Full-Time Night Auditor

Location: Baymont Inn by Wyndham Helena.

Address: 750 North Fee Street, Helena, MT 59601.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

Pay: $16.00 / hour.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional to take the helm of our overnight operations. As a Night Auditor, you are the face of the hotel during the late hours, ensuring our guests are safe, our accounts are balanced, and the hotel is ready to welcome the new day.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working independently and possesses a strong mix of customer service skills and basic accounting aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Handle late-night check-ins and early-morning check-outs with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Financial Reporting: Audit, balance, and report on the day’s cash and credit card transactions.
• Operational Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact for guest needs or emergencies during the overnight shift.
• Preparation: Assist in preparing the lobby or breakfast area for morning service as needed.
• Safety: Maintain a secure environment by monitoring the property and following established safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Consistency: Ability to reliably work the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM shift, Sunday through Thursday.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Property Management Systems (PMS) and basic office software.
• Problem Solving: A calm, proactive approach to handling guest requests or technical issues solo.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience: Previous hospitality or night shift experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
