Driver Pay$1,400 – $1,800 weekly average
$1,400 guaranteed minimum weekly
CPM:
Starting at $0.58 CPM (up to $0.62)
Additional pay:
$20 per delivery stop
$13 drop & hook pay
$500 bonus paid on second paycheck
ScheduleHome Daily
Monday – Friday (Weekends OFF)
Start times: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Night shift required
Freight & Routes Automotive parts deliveries
Routes include:
IA IL IN MN MO NE WI
Drivers may cover multiple routes as needed
Freight Handling100% touch freight required
Deliver automotive parts (hoods, bumpers, etc.)
Use lift gates and carts
Lift 40–75 lbs regularly
Pick up returns and secure locations
Position TypeFlex driver role (covers routes as needed)
Fill in for:
Vacation coverage
Call-offs
High-volume routes
Opportunity to move into dedicated routes over time
Equipment Automatic day cabs (2020–2024 models)
28' & 48' trailers with lift gates
Must live within 50 miles of Davenport, IA
Requirements Valid CDL-A license
Minimum 12 months recent experience
Doubles endorsement required
Must be able to handle physical freight (40–75 lbs)
Must be comfortable driving in tight dealership locations
Home for all major holidays
