Responsibilities:

• Data Entry / Spreadsheet tracking
• Assist with sorting of finalized paperwork
• Processing general warranty paperwork
• Processing warranty cancelations
• Assisting with all day to day office paperwork
• Completing various tasks as directed
• Reporting sold vehicles to manufacture sites
• Processing dealer incentives
• Processing online payoffs
• Cleaning and posting of schedules
• Handling daily deposits

Requirements:

• Previous dealership experience required
• General automotive accounting skills are a must
• Knowledge of DealerTrack DMS a plus
• Vehicle title experience a plus
• Microsoft Excell competency a plus
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Willingness to take initiative
• Quality writing and grammar skills
• Break down and finalize vehicle sales
• Computer literacy
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
• Detailed follow up
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work independently as well as with others
