Position Overview
We are seeking a Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist to support U.S. immigration operations and provide a consistent, compliant, and employee-focused experience throughout the immigration process. This role is execution-focused and responsible for coordinating high-volume immigration activities, managing case workflows, and partnering with internal stakeholders and external immigration counsel to ensure timely and accurate case progression.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain immigration and travel cases in internal systems, ensuring accurate documentation, data integrity, timely updates, and follow-through.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate employment letters, immigration documentation, and business communications required for case processing.
  • Facilitate document collection, signature routing, and submission of immigration-related materials to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support immigration compliance activities, including required postings, case initiations, payroll-related updates, and billing allocation reviews.
  • Monitor case progress, track critical deadlines, identify potential risks, and escalate complex or high-priority matters when appropriate.
  • Generate reports, respond to data requests, and provide ad hoc analysis to support immigration program operations and business needs.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure a positive employee experience and efficient case management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations, processes, and employment-based immigration programs.
  • Experience supporting immigration case management in a corporate environment, global mobility function, or immigration law firm.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with global mobility programs and employee relocation processes.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools to improve operational efficiency.
Please submit your resume in Word or PDF format to be considered.
