Job Description

As a General Production Worker, you will operate injection molding presses, ensure parts meet quality standards, and assist in assembling final products. This role involves machine operation, quality inspections, packaging, and assembly work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding presses efficiently and safely
• Verify parts meet specifications and quality standards
• Assemble final products according to instructions
• Perform basic cosmetic inspections on finished parts
• Label and package completed products
• Assemble components and perform sonic welding tasks
• Use electric screwdrivers and apply pad-printed logos
• Handle small parts with precision and care
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Occasionally use pallet jacks or dollies for material movement

Essential Skills

• Basic production or manufacturing skills
• Fundamental math skills (addition and subtraction)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Additional Qualifications

• Entry-level role – no prior experience required
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
• Flexible and willing to work in multiple departments
• Ability to perform light-duty work, including lifting up to 40–50 lbs occasionally

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur D Alene, ID.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
