PJS at Bush Airport is immediately hiring full time general janitorial staff. This is perfect job for someone looking for full time work with benefits! We are looking for someone who: • Can work a set schedule with 2 days off during the week (weekends and holidays are required workdays). • Follows instructions and is eager to learn.• Possesses a positive attitude and strong work ethic.• Must be able to walk or stand for the duration of the 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull, push and lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.• Must be able to pass a background check. (While a criminal background does not disqualify a candidate, the City of Houston does not approve badge access for any person who is currently on probation/parole or who has an open court case).• Must be authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities/Tasks may include, but are not limited to: Restroom cleaning, office cleaning, vacuum carpeted areas, and general floor cleaning, trash removal, disinfecting, dusting and other additional duties as assigned.
