To support the expansion of AI capabilities, the full-time salaried Full Stack Web Engineer will design, build, and maintain high-performing, scalable cloud-native applications while working across the entire stack, from backend logic to user interfaces, in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain the core automated workflow engine to ensure seamless orchestration between web apps and data models Collaborate with product and data teams to transition prototypes and internal tools into robust, production-ready features Ensure high-volume, low-latency performance for backend systems and cloud infrastructure Required qualifications 3+ years of experience building full-stack web applications with Python or Ruby on Rails, SQL databases, and modern JavaScript frameworks Practical exposure to automation tools and experience in building automated agents or integrating RPA bots Hands-on experience developing and deploying scalable applications within a major Public Cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Demonstrated experience integrating AI development assistants into the coding workflow Proven ability to build out a complete vertical slice of a product based on specifications or mockups
