WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Learn to build custom oral devices step-by-step
• Perform hands-on tasks like trimming, polishing, and assembling components
• Follow clear instructions and production processes
• Inspect your work to ensure quality standards are met
• Work as part of a team to complete daily production goals

WHAT TO EXPECT

This is a production-based role where consistency, attention to detail, and attendance are critical to success.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong reliability and attendance

 

Preferred (not required):

• Manufacturing or assembly experience
• Dental lab or orthodontic experience
• Artistic, crafting, or detail-oriented hobbies

 

PAY & BENEFITS

• $16–$18/hour starting pay (based on experience)
• 90-Day Evaluation with pay increase
