Now hiring Door Line Assembly Worker

Monroe, NC

Pay Rate: $17.38 per hour

Shift: 5 am - 1:30 pm, Mon - Fri

Gear Up for Success With:

• 2+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience (specifically in metal fabrication, welding, or door hardware)
• GED or high school diploma preferred
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Comfortable standing and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Sharp eye for product quality
• Safety and teamwork mindset

What You'll Be Hands-On With:

• Assemble, fit, and secure product parts
• Use tools and equipment (training provided)
• Inspect parts for defects or errors
• Pack, stack, and label finished work
• Support production goals with your crew
• Stick to safety standards every shift
