HOW YOU'LL HELP US KEEP CLIMBING (OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES) The Digital Production Designer role is responsible for supporting the production and execution of digital design initiatives across Delta's digital product ecosystem. We seek an innovative problem solver, a collaborative team player, and a skilled designer who can handle multiple projects of differing size and scope. Produce production ready designs and layouts that meet the detailed requirements for hand-off to engineers. Collaborate with the product and design team on production design decisions through fast and iterative feedback loops. Take on smaller product design projects from start to finish in support of the team when needed. Rapidly execute design iterations based on localization of product designs. Help to build guidelines and documentation for external stakeholders when needed. Work closely with and across teams of engineers, product managers, and fellow designers. Strong portfolio of digital design work that demonstrates a deep understanding of design principles and best practices. Solid foundation in all aspects of digital design including photography, typography, layout, and design optimization. Experience with design systems. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and prototyping tools. Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
