Our client, a nonprofit organization located in Newark, NJ, is looking for a Part-Time Temporary Data Entry Specialist to join their team. This position will serve for approximately 4 weeks starting in end of March/early April 2026 and will operate on a hybrid or fully remote schedule between the hours of 10am - 6pm. Two days per week with the potential to increase toward the end of April. Compensation is $22 per hour depending on experience Responsibilities Accurately input and update data into internal systems and spreadsheets. Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Organize and manage electronic files to ensure easy retrieval. Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies. Assist with basic reporting and data cleanup as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in data entry or administrative support. Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative (self-starter). Professional demeanor and strong communication skills. High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
