A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its team in Boston, Stamford, New Haven, or New York . This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to work on high-value transactions across industries while gaining hands-on experience and access to partner-level mentorship.

About the Role:
The firm is looking for an attorney with 4–7 years of law firm experience handling complex corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will have direct experience drafting and negotiating a variety of transaction documents in connection with:

  • Mergers and acquisitions

  • Venture capital transactions

  • Other sophisticated corporate matters involving closely held and emerging growth companies

Experience with securities law compliance and corporate governance is also preferred.

This position offers meaningful client contact, a collaborative team environment, and the ability to take on increasing responsibility in both deal execution and client advisory work.

What They’re Looking For:

  • JD from an accredited law school

  • 4–7 years of corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Experience with M&A or venture capital transactions is required

  • Familiarity with securities compliance and governance matters is a plus

  • Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of the office location is required

Compensation:

  • Base salary range: $185,000 – $275,000 (based on location and experience)

  • Total compensation may include discretionary bonuses and firm-sponsored benefits
