Job Description

We are partnering with an established investment platform to appoint a Controller. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for core accounting and cash management activities, as well as involvement in planning and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process, including account reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.
• Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.
• Manage external reporting requirements, including coordination with lenders and other stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee distribution processes and maintain accurate financial records.
• Contribute to financial analysis and support broader business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting, ideally within a real assets or investment environment.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
