We are a fast-growing event marketing and brand promotion company seeking a motivated and people-focused Community Outreach Associate to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting community engagement initiatives, event promotion, and outreach campaigns designed to increase awareness of upcoming events and brand activities. No prior experience is required— full training is provided .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, local businesses, and nonprofit partners to support event marketing and outreach campaigns
• Assist in planning and executing community outreach strategies, event promotions, and brand activation initiatives
• Attend community events, fairs, and networking events to represent the company and promote upcoming events
• Support the creation of marketing materials, outreach messaging, and promotional campaigns tailored to local communities
• Help organize and coordinate community events, workshops, and promotional events
• Collect feedback from community members to improve event marketing strategies and outreach effectiveness
• Track and report on community engagement metrics, event attendance, and campaign performance
• Serve as a professional representative of the company in all public relations and community engagement activities

Requirements

• No experience required – paid training provided
