About the Position

Team Driver OTR CDL-A CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

• West Coast CPM $0.73 - $0.78
• Team Driver Annual Earnings $190,000 - $230,000. 
• Additional Earned Incentive Bonus Pay Up to $0.14 CPM

• Weekly Pay – PCMiler Practical Miles
• Both Loaded & Empty Miles
• Stop Off Pay - $25.00 each
• Safety Bonus – .01 CPM Weekly [Team Split]
• Mileage Bonus – Annual between $3,600 - over $8,500 EACH
• Additional Mileage Profit Share of $0.015 or $0.04 [Split] - 4 Weeks
• Breakdown Pay
• Detention Pay

We are looking for Team Class A Commercial Drivers (CDL-A) that have one year over the road driving experience, a good driving record. Produce experience preferred, but will review all candidates.

Teams make round trips from Mi out to West Coast and back. Can stay on same scheduled delivery day making for consistant home time.

Most teams, depending on where you live, are out 5-6 days then home for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 days, some drivers choose to be out longer before going home and be home longer between trips.

Requirements

• 2 Years of recent tractor trailer driving experience
  • Will review applicate with 9 to 12 months experience with no moving violations or accidents.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the previous 2 years
• No serious offenses in the previous 1 year (speeding over 15mph or in construction zone) or pattern of unsafe practices
• No DUI's in 5 years
• No Felonies in 10 years
• No SAP Program
